KBA Educational Resources Announces 2018 Training Schedule
As you complete your budgeting process for the coming year, we hope you will include an investment in your people. Several committees of bankers from all over the state and from all sizes of institutions meet periodically to identify training needs and provide direction for KBA staff. The result is our 2018 Education & Training Preview which lists most of our programming for the coming year, including estimated pricing to help with your budgeting.

Survey Questionnaires Now Available
KBA is currently conducting two surveys for the benefit of Kansas banks
The annual Service Charge Survey, which is published as part of the Comparative Data Report, reports data on the fees charged for various bank products and services. Return your completed questionnaire by the March 5 deadline to gain access to the survey results on or about June 1, 2018 at a reduced cost. Printed questionnaires were mailed to all Kansas banks on January 19 or you may complete an electronic copy here.
KBA’s Compensation and Benefits Survey provides salary data on 65+ bank positions, including a section on directors’ fees and employee benefits information. Banks participating in last year’s survey were mailed a preprinted questionnaire for easy completion this year. If you prefer to complete it electronically, please e-mail Lynne Mills to request your personalized questionnaire. If you did not participate in last year’s survey, you may complete an electronic version of the 2018 questionnaire here. Banks returning their questionnaires by the March 12 deadline may purchase the survey results at a significantly-reduced price.
We will very much appreciate your participation in these important surveys designed to help you better manage your institutions. Please direct questions on either survey to KBA Educational Resources at 785-232-3444 or email@example.com.
