KBA Educational Resources Announces 2018 Training Schedule
As you complete your budgeting process for the coming year, we hope you will include an investment in your people. Statistics show that a well-trained and educated staff results in higher productivity for the bank and a happier and more content workplace. KBA takes pride in being a banker-driven organization at all levels, including education and training. Several committees of bankers from all over the state and from all sizes of institutions meet periodically to identify training needs and provide direction for KBA staff. The result is our 2018 Education & Training Preview which lists most of our programming for the coming year, including estimated pricing to help with your budgeting.
