KANSAS BANKERS EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION (KBEF)
The Kansas Bankers Education Foundation (KBEF) is a 501(c)3 corporation founded in 1998 to serve and support Kansas banks. The Foundation initially supported AIB (American Institute of Banking) training in the State of Kansas, and then evolved to provide scholarships to children of Kansas bankers. Our scholarship opportunities are expanding in 2019, so please review the list below. KBEF is totally funded by volunteer donations and a donation of any amount will be appreciated. Your donation may be tax-deductible….please consult with your tax professional.
1) Scholarships to Children of Kansas Bankers
Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded for the 2019-20 academic year. Applications are due on April 5, 2019. Review criteria and apply here.
2) One $1,000 scholarship to each of three college/university banking programs.

Thompson Center for Integrity in Finance & Economics Banking Minor Program at Benedictine College
Henry W. Bloch School of Management Banking Certificate Program at the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC)
