Program Content

The Kansas Bankers Association’s Deposit Compliance Seminars provide the basic and fundamental knowledge and training necessary for professionals working in bank compliance. Focusing on comprehensive instruction in core federal banking laws and regulations, these seminars are designed to furnish a basic, technical foundation for an individual to develop and maintain an effective compliance program and support business initiatives.

With regulatory changes at both the federal and state levels coming fast and furiously, compliance has become a make or break issue. Add the impact of OFAC, FinCEN, Internet privacy and other regulatory issues, KBA’s Deposit Compliance Seminar is a virtual must for your bank's compliance personnel.

Who Should Attend

Attorneys, compliance managers, auditors, branch managers, and deposit/operations personnel.
Recommended 6.5 CPE credit. CLE credit pending.
