Program Content

The branch manager must take the lead on understanding what it means to be a high performing branch. Holding down costs and being intentional about income opportunities is a must. Not every bank singles out each branch for profitability, but every bank expects all the branches to be focused, at a minimum, on customer retention, new account growth, referrals, cross-selling, audit/compliance issues and business development. What are you tracking? What are the expectations? What is your plan for success at the branch? This workshop will help you grasp how to manage your time and your staff as you focus on making the most out of your branch. How do you excel at leading while fulfilling your responsibility as a branch manager? It’s a challenge and this program is aimed at helping you meet it!

Recommended for 6.5 hours CPE Credit.
Limited to 30 registrants; two per bank.
