This full-day workshop will provide practical tools to better understand the various types of commercial real estate (CRE) loans for different property types. Focusing on the key variables in CRE lending and underwriting with real life case examples, the attendees will be able to identify and apply the components affecting sources of repayment, including property valuation. This interactive program will allow for questions, networking with other bankers, and a discussion of solutions using case-driven examples.

Mike Wear is a banking executive who spent the majority of his 40-year career in commercial and CRE lending. Mike has been an instructor for over 25 years and currently serves on the faculty of the KBA/NBA Schools of Banking Commercial Lending School as well as the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
